The Content Management System built for Exclusive Properties of Arizona by Net-Craft included a wealth of useful client features including:

• Content Manager: The administrator can upload the specific images to be used in the home page flash scroll. The text for the home page, about us, and About Scottsdale can be defined in a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.
• Listing Manager: The administrator can add, edit and mange every element including images and text that make-up a home or lot listing. Items can be marked as active or inactive as well as sold or pending.
• Community Manager: The administrator can add and manage community text and the images associated with that community.
• Our Agents Manager: CMS module that allows the administrator to upload agent information and photo.
• About Scottsdale Manager: The About Scottsdale Manager allows the client to add text in a WYSIWYG editor as upload images to be used in the Flash image scroll.
• User Manager: The administrator can define usernames and passwords of agents that will have access to the back-end client extranet. Users with such access can log-in with their username and password and access files uploaded by the primary site administrator. Examples of such files include logo files, contract templates, maps, and other internal business forms.
• File Manager: The File Manger is where the administrator of Exclusive Properties of Arizona can upload the specific files he wants to be available for extranet users. A folder hierarchy creation and management system is supported allowing for easy file organization.
