AdAstra Flights Mobile App & Platform
Project Overview
Net-Craft designed and developed a custom mobile application for AdAstra Flights, built to streamline private flight requests and enhance the member experience.
The platform includes a cross-platform mobile app for iOS and Android, along with a powerful web-based admin system and full CRM integration. The goal was to create a seamless, premium user experience while giving the AdAstra team full control over users, requests, and content.

- Mobile App Development The mobile app was built using React Native, allowing a single codebase to support both iOS and Android devices.
- Secure account creation using Apple, Google, or email login
- Full user profile setup with detailed personal and membership information
- ID document upload for verification
- Subscription setup and payment processing via Authorize.net
- Profile management, including updating personal details and payment methods
Users can select between Individual and Corporate memberships, with corporate accounts supporting multiple additional members under one profile.
Flight Request System
At the core of the app is a streamlined flight request experience.
Users can:
- Submit private flight requests with departure and destination airports
- Select travel dates and passenger details
- Receive confirmation notifications upon submission
- View submitted requests directly within their dashboard
All flight requests are stored in the system and automatically pushed to the HighLevel CRM for internal processing by the AdAstra team.
User Dashboard & Engagement
The app includes a dynamic dashboard designed to keep users engaged and informed.
Dashboard features:
- Access to submitted flight requests
- Exclusive member-only deals
- General promotions available to all users
- Real-time updates and notifications
This creates an ongoing connection between the user and the platform beyond a single transaction.
Custom Back-End & Admin Panel
Net-Craft developed a robust web-based administration system to manage the entire platform.
Admin capabilities include:
- User management with status controls (Pending, Active, Suspended)
- Subscription tracking and account oversight
- Full access to all flight requests
- Management of exclusive deals and promotions
- Editable content areas for FAQ, About, and legal documents
- Airport data and system settings management
This gives the AdAstra team full operational control without relying on developers for updates.
CRM Integration
The platform integrates directly with HighLevel CRM, ensuring all user data and flight requests are automatically synced.
